(29 May 2026) The EIC ACCESS+ Open Call timeline has been updated. Applications are now open until 30 September 2026, or until the grant funds are exhausted. The grant beneficiaries can benefit from the contracted services until 30 October 2026.
The EIC ACCESS+, European Innovation Council’s (EIC) Business Acceleration Services initiative, is designed to empower Europe’s deep-tech startups and SMEs by offering eligible innovators up to EUR 60 000, covering 50% of the service costs, offered by EIC Ecosystem Partners listed in the EIC Service Catalogue.
Over 350 applications have been submitted since the launch of the open call in November 2024, of which 190+ projects have already been granted, and 95% of the funds have been committed. The open call was extended to grant a few more projects, until the remaining available budget is exhausted, or until 30 September 2026 the latest. The process for applying for co-funding for eligible start-ups and SMEs is detailed on the project’s website.
EIC ACCESS+ is a European Union-funded initiative designed to help EIC Awardees and Seal of Excellence holders under the Horizon Europe Programme access tailored services that address their specific innovation and scaling needs. The project is led by a consortium of European partners, including INNOVA (Italy), ASTER CAPITAL PARTNERS (France), ASOCIATA SPHERIK (Romania), BPIFRANCE (France), EUROPEAN BUSINESS AND INNOVATION CENTRE NETWORK (EBN) (Belgium), and BOOSTER LABS (France).
The EIC Service Catalogue, part of the EIC Ecosystem Partnership Programme, connects EIC beneficiaries with specialised sector-focused services provided by trusted partners, including accelerators, incubators, research institutions, and training organisations. This searchable platform ensures tailored support is readily accessible, effectively addressing the diverse scaling needs of Europe’s innovators.
